The Allman Brothers Band "Brothers and Sisters"Producer/Engineer Johnny Sandlin along with the Allman Brothers Band created a genre of American music called Southern Rock in the late 60's and early 70's. Johnny produced the single that broke the Allman Brothers Band "Ramblin' Man", and went on to become head of A&R for Capricorn Records.

Widespread PanicLater in the early 90's when the late Phil Walden decided to resurrect his Capricorn Records label, he looked to Johnny Sandlin to produce a young band called Widespread Panic that went on to help evolve the present Jam Band genre.

Very few Producers in the Music Industry are fortunate enough to be on the cutting edge of a Style movement; Johnny Sandlin has found the magic several times in his career but still is driven by his passion for great music.
